Founded in 1976 by Antonio Vaghi  and Gennaro Calanchi, Tieffe is an Italian company specialising in the production of hydraulic fittings for flexible hoses.

A MIND FULL OF “FITTINGS”

Tieffe acquires a turning shop located in Pavia and invests in the design and production of carbon steel fittings.

The idea is successful and the company wants to grow: Tieffe starts to sell hose fittings..

1990

LOOKING BEYOND THE BORDERS

Everything is ready for Tieffe to enter foreign markets by exporting its products for the first time.
1993

FACE THE FUTURE

Germany, HANNOVER MESSE: the company attends a world’s leading exhibition and collects a meaningful number of new leads.

NEW GOALS

Tieffe looks abroad and establishes a new production company in Czech Republic: Efeti.

The company specialises in mass production with a high level of precision.

1998

IT TAKES TWO!

Gianni Vaghi joins the company contributing to financial management and commercial development; his brother Tony focuses his activities on Research and Development.

This collaboration allows Tieffe to flourish during the following years.

2001

EUROMEETING

Tieffe launches a biennial event inviting all partners to meet and to visit production plants.

This exclusive event allows the company to reinforce business and personal relationships, promoting loyalty over the years.

2007

A DISTINCTIVE SHAPE

Tieffe launches the new CS fittings range during the Hannover Messe exhibition: the aim is to conquer the European market by offering a no Skive product that allows an easier and faster assembly.
2015

BIRTH OF A FAMILY

Mandarin Capital Partners signs an agreement for the acquisition of Tieffe and creates the Hydro Holding group of companies.
2018

FLY HIGH

NB RENAISSANCE PARTNERS acquires a majority stake in Hydro Holding being fascinated by the group’s potential growth.
